What it is

Each in-person session moves through asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and a quiet close. Variations allow different levels to practise together.

Group sessions follow a shared sequence with variations for different experience levels. One-to-one sessions allow closer work on technique and pace. Programmes may also include a short sequence to continue at home.
