How Pranavam handles website enquiries and contact details.
Information we collect and use
When you request an appointment, you share your name, country calling code, phone number, nationality, preferred reply method and, when relevant, email address. You may also add a brief reason for enquiring. We use this information to reply, schedule appointments and follow up.
Nationality is used only to prepare for international-visitor formalities that may apply, including FRRO registration. It is not used to assess treatment needs. We do not sell or share your information, use it for advertising or add you to a marketing list.
Do not put diagnoses, reports, prescriptions or detailed medical information into the appointment form.
How the appointment form works
The form creates a draft message in your browser and opens WhatsApp for review. Nothing is sent or stored by this website. Without JavaScript, it opens your email application instead. WhatsApp or your email provider's privacy terms apply once you send the message.
How long we keep it
We keep information while the conversation is active. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after a reasonable period.

Cookies
We don't set any cookies. The Google Maps embed on the contact page may set its own, governed by Google's privacy notice.
