What it is

The chart covers meals, snacks, portions, substitutions and eating out. Vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan and eggetarian patterns can all be accommodated.

Charts use locally available ingredients and can account for regional cuisine, allergies, food preferences and medication timing. The written format keeps portions and substitutions easy to check at home or while eating out.
