What it is

Two therapists apply warm medicated oil in methodical, coordinated strokes across the body.

The therapists follow the same rhythm and sequence, so the work feels continuous across the body rather than divided into separate areas. The strokes remain broad and flowing; the defining features are warm oil and coordination, not the concentrated pressure of deep-tissue massage.

  • Those seeking traditional warm-oil bodywork.
  • People who prefer flowing, methodical strokes to deep pressure.
  • Those booking a panchakarma course that includes oil massage.
