Shirodhara
Continuous warm oil pour over the forehead
Panchakarma
Classical full-body warm-oil massage
A synchronized two-therapist treatment from Kerala’s Ayurveda tradition.

Two therapists apply warm medicated oil in methodical, coordinated strokes across the body.
The therapists follow the same rhythm and sequence, so the work feels continuous across the body rather than divided into separate areas. The strokes remain broad and flowing; the defining features are warm oil and coordination, not the concentrated pressure of deep-tissue massage.
Eat lightly at least two hours beforehand and avoid alcohol that day. Wear loose, washable clothing.
Allow time to rest. Follow the clinic's advice on bathing, meals and activity for the rest of the day.
