What the stay includes
A residential programme brings the practical and clinical parts of the visit into one written plan. Exact therapies and timings are individualised after consultation.
Your stay is part of the residential programme, so you do not need to arrange a separate hotel and commute for daily care.
The clinic controls the meals served during the programme and provides drinking water for residential guests.
Relevant health history, current medication and goals are reviewed before the care schedule is confirmed.
Your plan can bring together prescribed therapies, therapeutic yoga, nutrition work, meals, rest and clinical review.
Programme lengths
Seven, fourteen and twenty-one days are the usual starting points. A longer stay creates more room for repetition, observation and adjustment; it does not mean every guest receives the same treatment sequence.
A focused residential period for guests with limited time or a clearly defined aim.
More time to establish a daily rhythm and review how the plan is working during the stay.
A longer residential course when the agreed plan benefits from a sustained, supervised routine.
Programme length and treatment suitability are confirmed individually. Pranavam is not an emergency service and does not replace prescribed or specialist medical care.
An illustrative day
This is an example of how a residential day may be organised, not a fixed promise. The clinical team changes the sequence, intensity and rest periods to match the guest’s plan.
Check-in with the team, gentle therapeutic yoga or breathwork when prescribed, followed by breakfast.
Planned hands-on or naturopathy therapies, with time to wash, rest and have lunch.
Further care, nutrition work or a clinical review where it forms part of the day’s plan.
A meal, a quieter pace and preparation for the next day’s agreed schedule.
Clinical responsibility
Dr. Athira Thampy, BNYS, leads naturopathy, therapeutic yoga, nutrition and lifestyle care. The clinic’s BAMS Ayurveda doctors lead and supervise Ayurveda and Panchakarma care, with trained therapists carrying out prescribed hands-on treatments.
The team reviews relevant history, current medication, reports and practical needs. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without the clinician who prescribed it.
How the clinical team worksFood and drinking water
Meals are provided within residential care and planned alongside the programme. Pranavam also provides drinking water for residential guests, keeping these essentials within the clinic’s daily oversight.
Share dietary preferences, allergies and medically relevant restrictions before arrival so the team can confirm what can be accommodated.
Before you enquire
Include preferred dates, programme length and any accessibility or companion needs in your first message.
Yes. Residential programmes include accommodation, clinic-planned meals and drinking water. Your written programme confirms the exact inclusions.
Those are the usual programme lengths. The team recommends a suitable duration after discussing your dates, goals, health history and current care.
Yes. Pranavam is residential-first, but day patients are welcome by appointment.
You can share what interests you, but the final plan follows a clinical review. Ayurveda and Panchakarma are led by BAMS doctors; naturopathy, therapeutic yoga and nutrition are led by Dr. Athira, BNYS.
Ask about a 7-, 14- or 21-day stay, or tell the team how much time you have.
