Shirodhara
Continuous warm oil pour over the forehead
Panchakarma
Two dairy-based forms of dhara
A cooler-feeling counterpart to warm-oil Shirodhara, applied to the forehead or body.

Both treatments use a steady continuous pour while the person remains still. The liquid may be directed across the forehead or body.
They are separate variants, not a blended preparation: Takradhara uses prepared buttermilk; Ksheeradhara uses medicated milk.
Eat lightly, leave hair loose and skip make-up. Mention any dairy intolerance or recent procedure on the head, eyes or ears.
Allow time to rest and avoid cold exposure immediately afterwards. The clinic will advise when to wash your hair.
