Therapeutic mud applications, local and whole-body
A cool, still treatment using cleaned and prepared mud.

Cleaned, prepared mud is spread over the selected area, left in place for a set time and then washed away.
A local pack leaves the rest of the body uncovered, while a body pack extends the same prepared mud over a wider area. The application remains still rather than being massaged in; once the set interval is complete, the mud is removed with water.
Eat lightly. Note any skin sensitivity, allergy, rash or inflamed area. Wear easy-to-change clothing.
Warm up gradually after a wider body pack and avoid cold air for the next hour.
