Long-stroke relaxation massage
Massages
Sustained deep pressure on chronic muscular tension
Firm bodywork with a slower, more concentrated pace.

Slow, deliberate pressure concentrates on the back, shoulders, neck and hips. The therapist builds intensity gradually and adjusts it throughout the session.
Broad forearm and palm work covers larger muscle groups; knuckle pressure is used more locally. The pace is slower and more concentrated than a flowing massage, allowing the therapist to build intensity in stages rather than beginning at full pressure.
Eat lightly. Note any old injury, recent surgery or area that should not be worked.
Some next-day soreness can occur. Avoid heavy training for 48 hours.
