Natural skin & body care rituals

A body-care ritual can bring together texture, scent, warmth and protected time for yourself. The experience is chosen around your skin, sensitivities and the kind of treatment you enjoy.

People often begin here when they notice

  • Seeking gentle cosmetic care
  • Enjoying handcrafted scrub or mask rituals
  • Wanting a non-medical body-care experience

Understand the concern

Start with the whole pattern.

Natural ingredients can feel very different on different skin. Spices, fruit, fragrance and the level of exfoliation are considered carefully, especially if your skin is sensitive or recently treated.

Pranavam’s signature rituals are described by what actually happens: a mask, massage, scrub or wrap. Selection is based on sensitivity, preferred texture and current skin condition, with a patch check or deferral when appropriate.

The aim may be softer-feeling skin, gentle exfoliation, a brighter appearance or simply a restful ritual. We can talk through which experience best matches your preference.

When to see a doctor

Skin changes deserve the right expert

See a dermatologist for a changing, bleeding or itchy mole; a non-healing sore; a painful, blistering or rapidly spreading rash; fever with a rash; or infection signs. Seek emergency help for trouble breathing or swallowing, or swelling of the eyes or lips.

If you are already receiving care, tell us about it so your sessions can be planned around it.

What can help

A practical way forward.

01

Name every ingredient

Tell us about allergies and ask what will touch your skin before the session begins.

02

Match intensity to skin

A warming scrub and a soothing mask are very different experiences; neither should be used over inflamed skin.

03

Choose the experience

Softness, exfoliation, warmth and a restful ritual are all possible aims, depending on the treatment you select.
