International guests

Staying with us from outside India.

Pranavam’s 7-, 14- and 21-day residential programmes include accommodation, clinic-planned meals and drinking water. This guide covers visas, supporting documents, payments and insurance.

Planning the enquiry

Dates and documents.

Include your country of residence, proposed dates and the service you are considering. For supporting letters, use the full name shown on your passport.

Supporting letters

Ask what the clinic can provide before applying. Any letter must reflect the appointments arranged. Pranavam cannot issue a visa, select its category or guarantee approval.

Your stay at Pranavam

Accommodation, food and water are handled within the programme.

Residential guests do not need to assemble a separate hotel-and-meal plan. Accommodation, clinic-controlled meals and drinking water are provided as part of the residential stay.

Accommodation

Your confirmed residential programme includes the stay. Ask about accessibility, companions and transfers before booking travel.

Meals and drinking water

The clinic controls the meals served during the programme and provides drinking water for residential guests.

Clinical coordination

Share relevant health history, medication and reports so the BNYS and BAMS clinical team can shape and supervise the appropriate parts of care.

Visa guidance

Visa information

The Government of India e-Visa portal currently lists an e-Medical Visa for e-Ayush purposes. Eligibility, permitted activities and required documents vary and can change.

Check the official portal and the relevant Indian mission, if necessary, before paying fees or booking travel.

Visit the official India e-Visa portal
Use the official portal. Check that the address begins with indianvisaonline.gov.in before entering passport or payment details.

Before booking

Money, records and changes.

Clinical information

Ask which reports, prescriptions or medication details are relevant and how to send them. Do not attach records to the website form.

Fees and inclusions

Request a written programme showing currency, taxes and the agreed clinical inclusions. Residential accommodation, meals and drinking water are included; confirm medicines, materials, companions and transport separately.

Changes and refunds

Confirm payment methods, charges, due dates, receipts, cancellation terms and the refund process before sending money.

Insurance

Coverage for Ayurveda, naturopathy and overseas residential or day care varies. Ask your insurer about exclusions, pre-authorisation and claim documents.

Travel documents

Keep travel and treatment paperwork separate.

Carry your passport, visa or travel authorisation, insurance details and appointment correspondence. Keep prescribed medicines in labelled packaging with a copy of the prescription, and check Indian import rules.

Before departure

Reconfirm clinic dates, the local contact number and any payment balance. Keep important documents available offline.
